Shipping

Every piece of jewellery is carefully prepared and beautifully packaged in a Salt Stone Studio gift box before leaving the workshop.

Estimated dispatch times for collection pieces are shown on each product page. Some pieces are ready to send, while others are made to order or may require sizing before dispatch, so lead times vary. For bespoke commissions, an estimated completion date will be agreed when your order is confirmed.

All UK orders are sent using a tracked and insured delivery service and will require a signature on arrival.

International orders are sent using a tracked and insured service whenever possible. Any customs duties, taxes or import charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive confirmation together with tracking details where applicable.

Returns

I hope you’ll be delighted with your jewellery. If you’ve changed your mind about a ready-to-wear purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order.

Bespoke jewellery and collection pieces that have been resized or otherwise altered to your confirmed requirements cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or have not been made to the agreed specification.

Returned items must be unworn, in their original condition and returned in their original packaging. Once your return has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or has been supplied in error.

If your jewellery arrives damaged, develops a fault, or you have any concerns at all, please get in touch. I want every piece I make to be worn, enjoyed and treasured for many years. If something isn’t right, I’ll always do my best to put it right.
