Important details

Durability

Please read carefully before placing an order,  so you know how to care for and maintain your jewellery. It’s strong but can be damaged by wear, especially through impacts to the metal or stones.

Pieces are durable but not indestructible! It is therefore recommended to remove before undertaking practical / physical activity that could risk damage.

Cleaning

A soft toothbrush, gentle liquid soap and warm water can be used for a regular clean. This will avoid dirt building up and dulling the piece.

Beauty products can react with metals, resulting in tarnish so it is advisable to put jewellery on last.

Care of stones Settings

The utmost care is taken in setting stones securely, nevertheless settings should be checked occasionally for damage / wear and tear which can occur over time. If you notice any movement whatsoever or have any concerns about a setting, please contact the studio to arrange a check.

Warranty

Our jewellery is designed to be worn and loved, but as with all fine jewellery, it must be treated with care.

A one year warranty covering craftsmanship is provided from the date of purchase. This excludes any piece that has been worked on by another jeweller or where the damage is beyond reasonably accepted wear.
